Flam Sisters Network gathering in Jacksonville,FL

Second Annual Meeting program:
Flam sisters network is a group of individuals put in a place by Flam’s women’s department of the US section. Its aim is help the flam organization in several ways by.
1) Spreading the message and educating ourselves and others about the fight that Flam is doing.
2) Fund raising for the Flam organization
3) Recruiting members for the organization
Saturday 09/01/12
12pm-2pm Meet and greet/ questions and answers about the organization, discussion of internal and external procedures.
1pm-3pm- Conference/ debate lead by Kadiata SY: “What can we all do at an individual level to help the fight against racism in Mauritania?”
3pm-5pm Conference by Abou Sy: “The challenges that Flam has faced inside and outside of Mauritania”
5pm-6pm- Discussion about possible solutions of the challenges that were talked about
6pm—6:30pm – Exemplary member award ceremony
8pm-10pm “Getting to know each other and the Jacksonville city”- A downtown Jacksonville visits

11am-12pm The Flam quiz: who knows more about the organization?
Two people that answer the most questions about flam will win prizes.
USA: Les Flam Sisters Network en conclave a Jacksonville, FL

Dans le cadre de ses activités, le réseau Flam Sisters Network de la section: Flam/Amérique du Nord organise un week-end d’étude et de réflexion; ce samedi et dimanche 1er et 2 septembre 2012 à Jacksonville en Floride.
Le programme s’établi ainsi qu’il suit:
Le samedi 1er septembre:
12h-13h: Mise en place, présentations.
13h-17h: Conférence débat animé par Kadiata Sy sur le thème
“Que peut-on faire pour combattre le racisme à niveau individuel en Mauritanie?”
17h-18h: Conférence sur le thème:
” Comment les Flam ont su relever les défis de l’exil et que faire pour relever les défis du retour?” animé par Abou Hamidou Sy secrétaire général de la section.
18h-19h: Discussion et remise de prix.
19h-22h:visite de courtoisie aux militants de Jacksonville.
Le dimanche 2 septembre:
9h-11h: petit déjeuner
11h-12h: Jeux concours :”Qui connait le mieux les Flam”
12-14h: Cérémonie de clôture et remise de prix.
