Cette journ\u00e9e constitue pour nous un moment de deuil amer surtout si l\u2019on sait que certains courants paternalistes persistent toujours \u00e0 \u00a0consid\u00e9rer \u00a0cette journ\u00e9e comme un signe de victoire\u00a0; celle de l\u2019impunit\u00e9 et de l\u2019oubli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; color: #000000; font-size: 10pt;\" lang=\"FR\">En c\u00e9l\u00e9brant, cette journ\u00e9e, ce courant, anim\u00e9 par Le colonel Dia Adama Oumar, appuy\u00e9 par le COVIR(un collectif cr\u00e9e par le r\u00e9gime pour saborder la lutte de l\u2019ensemble des victimes des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de 89) essaye de consacrer la victoire de l\u2019impunit\u00e9 sur la justice en\u00a0 d\u00e9cr\u00e9tant\u00a0 un pardon national sans tenir compte de l\u2019avis des\u00a0 v\u00e9ritables victimes. Leur d\u00e9marche, vise \u00e0 occulter l\u2019ensemble du passif humanitaire en obligeant le pardon aux victimes alors que ceci devait \u00eatre le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un processus inclusif qui doit n\u00e9cessairement aboutir \u00e0 une solution juste qui tient compte de la dignit\u00e9 des tous les ayant droits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; color: #000000; font-size: 10pt;\" lang=\"FR\">Dans sa campagne, le colonel Dia Adama Oumar, avait donn\u00e9 plusieurs promesses relatives au r\u00e8glement du passif humanitaire, aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des fonctionnaires, mais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour aucune d\u2019entre elles n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9e. Cet homme et ceux\u00a0 au nom desquels il pr\u00e9tend parler, ne nous inspirent plus confiance car ce groupe n\u2019a utilis\u00e9 cette question qu\u2019\u00e0 des fins d\u2019enrichissements personnels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; color: #000000; font-size: 10pt;\" lang=\"FR\">Le passif humanitaire, est un terme galvaud\u00e9 mais il est loin d\u2019\u00eatre vide\u00a0; c\u2019est en d\u2019autres termes l\u2019ensemble des violations des droits humains\u00a0dont les n\u00e9gro africains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes durant le r\u00e9gime sanguinaire de Moawiya\u00a0, aucun terme, aucune expression ne pourra rendre avec exactitude cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui s\u2019est mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e\u00a0 entre autres par\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
